Key cards
The crown jewels are Mewtwo ex and Mew ex in the brand-new FUR (Futuristic Rare) rarity, illustrated by YOSHIROTTEN. Each booster pack is guaranteed to contain 1 of the 30 holographic Pikachu cards, each drawn by a different illustrator. The set also includes 30 reprints of iconic cards from TCG history with special anniversary foiling — confirmed so far are Charizard (from the original First Expansion Pack) and Pikachu & Zekrom GX (from Tag Bolt). Art Rare cards of Espeon and Umbreon (day and night versions), Lapras, Hisuian Zorua, Lycanroc, and Drifloon round out the chase cards.
What is in the box
Each sealed booster box contains 20 packs of 6 cards. The larger pack size at a higher price point reflects the anniversary premium. Notable companion products include the 30th CELEBRATION Futuristic Box (27,500 yen, with Pikachu ex promos, coins, metal dice, sleeves, and a playmat — initially exclusive to Pokémon Center Online) and the Premium Deck Set Espeon & Umbreon (6,200 yen, with two 60-card decks, a playmat, and deck case).
