Set overview

S12 Paradigm Trigger is an expansion pack containing approximately 98 numbered cards plus additional secret rares at SR, HR and UR rarity. As the last numbered expansion before the era-closing high-class pack, it represents the culmination of the Sword & Shield VSTAR era with fan-favourite legendary Pokémon.

Key cards

Lugia VSTAR is the undisputed star of the set, boasting a VSTAR Power that defined the competitive metagame. Regidrago VSTAR brings Dragon-type power with an attack that copies any Dragon Pokémon's move from the discard pile. Regieleki VMAX delivers massive Electric-type damage. Unown VSTAR offers a unique win condition through its VSTAR Power. The set's secret rares include sought-after full-art Supporters and Special Art Rare cards.
