Tag All Stars is the definitive collector's set for the Sun & Moon Tag Team era. It reprints the best cards from Tag Bolt, Night Unison, Double Blaze, Miracle Twin, and other sets, with many cards receiving new artwork exclusive to this product. The set also introduced the concept of god packs — roughly 1 in 250 packs containing 10 super-rare cards — a first for the Japanese Pokémon TCG.
Key cards
Tag Team GX (Gold UR): Seven Tag Team GX cards received premium gold Ultra Rare prints, including Pikachu & Zekrom-GX, Reshiram & Charizard-GX, Mewtwo & Mew-GX, Greninja & Zoroark-GX, Pheromosa & Buzzwole-GX, Lucario & Melmetal-GX, and Moltres & Zapdos & Articuno-GX.
Secret Rares: 53 secret rare cards in total, including Full Art GX cards, Rainbow Rare Hyper Rares, Full Art Trainers like Cynthia and Lillie, and embossed energy cards. The sheer volume of chase cards makes every box an exciting opening experience.
God Packs: Approximately 1 in 250 packs may contain 10 super-rare cards — an extraordinary pull that made Tag All Stars legendary among collectors.
What is in the box
A Japanese SM12a Tag All Stars booster box contains 20 packs of 11 cards each. The larger pack size and high-class format mean more cards per opening and better pull rates than standard sets. Each pack is guaranteed at least one holo card, and the overall SR/HR/UR hit rate is significantly higher than regular expansions.
