Thirty packs, five cards, ninety-four cards in the set

Paradise Dragona (楽園ドラゴーナ, SV7a) is a Japanese enhanced expansion pack in the Scarlet & Violet series, released on 13 September 2024. Each pack holds 5 cards and a box holds 30 packs.

Of the set’s 94 cards, 64 are numbered and 30 sit beyond the main list: 12 AR, 10 SR, 5 SAR and 3 UR. Three ACE SPEC cards sit inside the main numbering. What you buy here is the Japanese print, on Japanese card stock, in the 30-pack box shown above.

02 · The story

“Glittering Dragon Pokémon assemble”

The official copy is one line — きらめくドラゴンポケモン集結！ — and then one practical sentence: this set, like Heat Wave Arena after it, was designed with Sealed play in mind. That is why it is small and why its cards work together straight out of the pack.

Alolan Exeggutor ex heads the set and closes it: it is the one card here printed in every top finish, Super Rare, Special Art Rare and gold Ultra Rare. Around it come the Dragons — Latias ex, Flygon ex, Archaludon ex, Cyclizar ex, Black Kyurem ex — and the trainers Drayton, Surfer, Drasna and Lisia. The three ACE SPEC cards inside the numbering are Energy Search Pro, Megaton Blower and Enriching Energy.

Is this the Japanese or the English set?
Japanese. Paradise Dragona (SV7a) is the Japanese enhanced expansion pack released on 13 September 2024. In English these cards appeared inside Surging Sparks on 8 November 2024, with different card numbers.
What does “designed for Sealed play” mean?
Sealed is a format where players build a deck from freshly opened packs. The official page says this set was designed with that in mind: it is small, and the cards inside a box are meant to make a playable deck on their own.
What is an ACE SPEC card?
An ACE SPEC card is so strong that a deck may contain only one of them in total. This set has three: Energy Search Pro (№ 052), Megaton Blower (№ 056) and Enriching Energy (№ 064).
How many cards are in a box?
30 packs × 5 cards = 150 cards. The set list itself has 94 cards (64 numbered + 30 beyond the list); a box does not contain the full set.
What does “sealed, never resealed” mean?
The box arrives in the original Japanese factory shrink film, as it left the manufacturer. We do not open or re-wrap boxes.
Is there a version without shrink film?
When a no-shrink option exists for a set, it appears as a separate choice on the product page, photographed as it ships.
Do you ship to Germany and France?
