02 · The story

A farewell to TAG TEAM

The set looks back over the whole TAG TEAM run: the numbered list gathers TAG TEAM GX cards such as Reshiram & Charizard, Pikachu & Zekrom, Mewtwo & Mew and Moltres & Zapdos & Articuno, alongside Pokémon-GX and Prism Star cards.

Above the list, five Special Arts — Espeon & Deoxys, Trevenant & Dusknoir, Umbreon & Darkrai, Togepi & Cleffa & Igglybuff and Eevee GX — sit beside a run of full-art Trainers, from Erika's Hospitality and Sightseer to Misty & Lorelei. Seven TAG TEAMs close the set in gold.

09 · Questions

Before you open one

Is this the Japanese or the English set?
Japanese. TAG TEAM GX Tag All Stars (SM12a) is a Japanese High Class Pack released on 4 October 2019, numbered out of 173. It was never released as a set in English; many of its cards are reprints of cards from the Sun & Moon era.
What is in a pack and a box?
Eleven cards per pack, with at least one Pokémon-GX in every pack. A box holds 10 packs.
How many cards are in the set?
226 in all: 173 numbered cards and 53 secret cards — 37 SR, 9 HR and 7 UR, numbered 174 to 226. A box does not guarantee the full set.
What does SA mean?
Special Art — a second version of a card with a full illustrated scene. This set has five, all SR: Espeon & Deoxys GX, Trevenant & Dusknoir GX, Umbreon & Darkrai GX, Togepi & Cleffa & Igglybuff GX and Eevee GX.
What are the gold UR cards?
Seven TAG TEAM GX cards in gold: Reshiram & Charizard, Pikachu & Zekrom, Mewtwo & Mew, Greninja & Zoroark, Lucario & Melmetal, Garchomp & Giratina, and Moltres & Zapdos & Articuno.
What does “sealed, never resealed” mean?
The box arrives in the original Japanese factory shrink film, as it left the manufacturer. We do not open or re-wrap boxes.
What does “no shrink” mean?
Japanese Pokémon booster boxes are shrink-wrapped at the factory. “No shrink” describes a box sold without that outer film. The Tag All Stars box in our store comes in its original Japanese factory shrink film.
Do you ship to Europe?
Yes. We ship to the UK and many European countries with FedEx International Priority, always tracked. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination and the weight of your cart.
Who pays import duties?
The buyer. Prices do not include import duties or taxes; your carrier may bill them before or after delivery. Check your country's rules before ordering.
