Pillars of Strength (強大な敵, OP-03) is the Japanese One Piece Card Game booster pack released on 11 February 2023. A pack holds 6 cards plus one index card. The official list counts 127 types.

The 123 numbered cards break down into 8 Leaders, 45 Commons, 32 Uncommons, 26 Rares, 10 Super Rares and 2 Secret Rares — Sogeking and Charlotte Katakuri. On top of those sit 4 special cards, and 27 parallel prints run through the set. What you buy here is the Japanese print, in the Japanese box.

02 · The story

“The new colour Yellow makes its full debut!”

The official page puts two claims side by side. The first is the colour: yellow, which the game had barely used, arrives in force and brings multicolour Leaders in new combinations with it. The second is the theme — 強大な敵, the mighty enemies. This is the booster where the opposition gets the card slots: the foes who stood in the Straw Hats’ way across the East Blue, Water Seven and Whole Cake Island arcs.

Eight Leaders open the set: Portgas.D.Ace in red, Kuro in green, Arlong in green/yellow, Nami in blue, Iceburg in purple, Rob Lucci in black, Charlotte Linlin in black/yellow and Charlotte Katakuri in yellow. Every one has an alternate-art parallel. The two Secret Rares are Sogeking (OP03-122), which carries two parallels — one alternate art, one drawn in manga style — and Charlotte Katakuri (OP03-123). The four special cards are all wanted-poster art and carry numbers from earlier products. Carddass notes that the set also feeds the Starter Deck Big Mom Pirates [ST-07], released the month before.

Japanese. Pillars of Strength (OP-03) is the Japanese booster pack released on 11 February 2023. The English edition followed on 30 June 2023 with the same card numbers.

What are the Secret Rares?

Two: Sogeking (OP03-122) and Charlotte Katakuri (OP03-123). Sogeking’s number also exists in two parallel versions, one of them drawn in manga style.
