Wholesale FAQ — Japanese Pokémon & One Piece

Send a short application from the wholesale page. Once approved (within 2 business days) you get a live price list covering the whole catalogue: enter quantities, press “Confirm order” and your basket goes to WhatsApp. We confirm the final prices, shipping and payment details in writing — only then is the order binding. No payment is taken on this website.

The minimum is US$1,000 per order, by value. You can mix sets and games — Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Dragon Ball — to reach it. There are no quantity discount tiers; the price list is the price.

In Japanese yen, in advance, by bank transfer via Wise (no surcharge) or by PayPal with a 5% surcharge. Payment details are sent with the order confirmation.

Two reasons: supplier prices in Japan move with demand and stock, and the yen’s exchange rate against the dollar and euro changes daily. The price list is synced every day and shown in yen (the governing price) alongside a conversion at the current rate. That is why an order confirmation is valid for 24 hours — if payment has not arrived within that window, the order is re-confirmed at that day’s price and availability.

Handling time is 1 business day after payment. Orders leave Japan by FedEx with tracking and typically arrive in 2–5 business days (customs clearance excluded). Shipping is calculated at order confirmation from the weight and destination, at the actual FedEx rate, and quoted before you pay.

Always the buyer. Duties, import VAT and FedEx clearance and brokerage fees are set by the destination country and paid to the carrier or authority there. They are not included in the price or in the shipping quote. The buyer is responsible for checking that the goods can be imported and resold in their market.

Yes. PulloraX buys sealed product only, from suppliers in Japan, and ships direct from Japan. We never reseal and never apply replacement film — what left the factory is what reaches you.

“With shrink” — the factory’s outer plastic film is intact on the box. “No shrink” — the Japanese retailer removed the film before we bought the box (a common practice in Japanese retail), but the box itself is factory-closed with the sealed packs inside. A no-shrink box costs less, which is why the price list shows both prices side by side when both are available. This applies to Pokémon only.

A pack (booster pack) is the smallest unit. A booster box of a standard set holds 30 packs of 5 cards; a High Class box (Terastal Festival, Shiny Treasure, VSTAR Universe and similar) holds 10 packs of 10 cards with a much higher share of rare cards, which is why it costs more. A case (carton) is the manufacturer’s packaging of 12 boxes. Our wholesale starts at whole boxes; single packs are not on the price list.

A case is the manufacturer’s original carton: 12 sealed booster boxes (for both Pokémon and One Piece), and the carton itself is still closed with the manufacturer’s original factory tape. That seal is exactly what makes a case worth more than 12 loose boxes: it proves the carton was never opened, so a case is priced higher. It arrives exactly as it left the factory, unopened with the original seal, packed by us inside a rigid outer shipping carton. Cases are ordered on WhatsApp, subject to availability.

No. Sealed product ships in the manufacturer’s own packaging, and light marks, small dents and corner wear are normal and do not affect the cards inside. Transit damage that opens or crushes a box is different — report it within 14 days with photographs and we handle it with FedEx.

A Japanese One Piece booster box holds 24 packs of 6 cards each. Boxes come in Bandai’s original shrink film — there is no “no shrink” option for One Piece.

A One Piece carton (case) holds 12 sealed booster boxes in the manufacturer’s original carton, still closed with Bandai’s original factory tape. It costs more because it is 12 boxes and because of that original seal — the proof the carton was never opened — and it arrives unopened exactly as it left the factory. Cases are subject to availability, on WhatsApp.

Extra Boosters (EB) and Premium Boosters (PRB) are special sets with a different pack configuration from the regular OP-xx sets — usually smaller boxes and a higher price per pack. The exact count for each box is on its product page and on the price list.
