Where the goods come from

PulloraX is established in Israel. Goods are sourced in Japan and dispatched from Japan to the customer. PulloraX is not established in the European Union or the EEA.

Prices, taxes and import charges

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance fees. No destination-country VAT is collected at checkout. Those amounts are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient to the carrier on delivery. See Customs & Duties.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and the EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal running from receipt of the goods. The conditions, the effect on delivery costs and the model withdrawal form are set out in full on the Returns & Refunds page.

Consumer dispute resolution

PulloraX is not obliged to participate, and does not participate, in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Complaints can be sent directly to info@pullorax.com and are answered within 1–2 business days.
