Where we ship

PulloraX ships from Japan. Checkout is the authoritative list — if a country is offered there, we ship to it at the rate shown, priced by the weight of your actual cart. Anywhere not priced at checkout, we quote by hand.

What shipping costs

Shipping is calculated from the weight of what is in your cart and the destination, not as a flat fee. Add what you want to the basket and the cart page shows the real cost to your country before you go anywhere near payment. The same figure is what you pay at checkout.

Anywhere else — quoted on request

Some destinations are not priced at checkout yet. That includes Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, and any country not listed above. Carrier pricing and customs handling to those destinations vary enough that a flat rate would be wrong in both directions — sometimes overcharging you, sometimes underquoting the parcel.

So we quote it. Send us the shipping quote form with your country and what you want, and you get a real shipping cost back by email — not an estimate. If you accept it, we send you a payment link for the order at the price on the site plus that shipping. You can also write to info@pullorax.com directly.

Buying in quantity

Sealed cases and multi-carton orders are shipped on their own freight terms. Contact us through wholesale rather than ordering through the cart.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from Japan. Orders placed on a business day before cut-off are prepared the same or next business day. Japanese public holidays extend this. You receive a tracking number by email when the parcel is collected.

Transit

Transit time is quoted at checkout and depends on destination and service level. Quoted times are business days from collection and exclude customs clearance, which is outside our control.

Packing

Sealed product is packed for collectors: the item is protected inside a rigid outer carton sized so the product does not move in transit. Booster boxes are never shipped in their own packaging alone.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders ship from Japan. Import duties, taxes and customs handling fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not collected at checkout. They are not included in the price or the shipping cost, and we cannot estimate them for you — your national customs authority publishes the rates. Refusing a parcel to avoid duties does not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs. See Customs & Duties.

Lost or damaged in transit

Report a parcel damaged in transit within 14 days of delivery, with photographs of the item and of the outer carton, and we will resolve it. For a parcel marked delivered but not received, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
