Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases and use of the PulloraX online store.

Products and availability

Product information, price, packaging status and availability are shown on the relevant listing. Availability can change before an order is completed. PulloraX may correct clear listing or pricing errors before fulfilment and will contact the customer if an order is affected.

Orders

An order is subject to successful payment and the product availability shown through the store. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information. For customs purposes the billing name and the delivery name should match.

Product condition

Sealed, shrink and packaging status are described at product level where applicable. Product-specific information takes priority over general category descriptions.

Shipping

Orders ship from Japan to supported destinations, with tracking. Shipping is charged by destination and parcel weight and is shown at checkout before payment. Carrier service and delivery timing depend on the destination. See the Shipping & Delivery page for current information.

Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude import VAT, duties, customs fees and carrier brokerage charges. No destination-country VAT is collected at checkout. Those amounts are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient to the carrier on delivery.

Customs, duties and import rules

Import rules for trading cards differ by country and the customer is responsible for checking the rules that apply to them before ordering.

If a parcel is refused, or is returned or destroyed because import charges were not paid or because the goods were not permitted entry, PulloraX refunds the order less the outbound and return shipping actually incurred and less any storage charged to PulloraX. Where the goods are not released back to PulloraX, no refund is due.

Returns, refunds and the right of withdrawal

For incorrect items, missing items, shipping damage or other order issues, follow the process on the Returns & Refunds page. Customers in the EU and the EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal running from receipt of the goods; the conditions, the effect on delivery costs and the model withdrawal form are set out in full on that page.

Customers in Israel — distance selling

An order placed from Israel is a distance-selling transaction (עסקת מכר מרחוק) under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. The following is stated for those customers.

The goods, the price and delivery. The main characteristics of each product, its price, the payment terms, and the delivery method and timing are shown on the product page and again at checkout before payment is taken. The goods are located in Japan and are shipped from Japan. Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include Israeli import VAT, customs duty or carrier fees — those are charged by the Israeli authorities and the carrier on import and are paid by the recipient, in the same way as for any other destination.

Cancellation. An order may be cancelled within 14 days of the day the goods are received, or of the day the written confirmation of the transaction is received, whichever is later. Cancellation should be sent to info@pullorax.com with the order number.

Where the goods are not defective and the order is not wrong, PulloraX may charge cancellation fees of no more than 5% of the price of the product or NIS 100, whichever is the lower, and the customer returns the goods at their own cost. Where the cancellation follows a defect, a wrong item or a failure on our side, no cancellation fee is charged and PulloraX pays the return cost. Goods must be returned unopened and unused; a sealed product whose seal has been broken cannot be returned as unused.

This section applies in addition to, and not instead of, the Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits a right a customer has under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
