Returns & Refunds
The rule
PulloraX sells sealed collectibles. A box that has been opened cannot be returned and cannot be refunded. What counts as opened depends on which of the two conditions you bought — both are stated on every product page.
Original factory shrink
Must come back with the shrink film intact and unbroken. If the film has been opened, cut or removed, the item cannot be returned or refunded.
No shrink
These boxes ship without the outer film. Where a listing states a handling history, that is what we know about that box; on its own, the absence of film does not establish who removed it. What matters for a return is the box: it must come back closed, with its flap unopened and undamaged. A box that has been opened cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or wrong on arrival — 14 days
If your order arrives damaged in transit, with the box opened, or is not the item you ordered, email info@pullorax.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and of the outer shipping carton. We replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, and we pay the return cost.
Change of mind — 14 days
Unopened items can be returned if you contact us within 14 days of delivery, in the condition described above, with the packaging complete and nothing written or stuck on the product itself — labels go on the outer carton. You pay the return shipping. Outside the EU and EEA the original shipping charge is not refunded. Contact us for a return authorisation before sending anything back; unannounced returns cannot be processed.
European Union and EEA — right of withdrawal
If you live in the EU or the EEA you have 14 days from the day you, or someone you name, take physical possession of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. Where this section applies it takes precedence over the general rules above.
To withdraw, tell us in a clear statement before the 14 days expire — email info@pullorax.com with your order number, or use the model form below. Sending the notice within the period is enough; the goods may travel afterwards.
On withdrawal we refund everything you paid, including the standard outbound delivery cost. If you chose a delivery service more expensive than our cheapest standard option, we refund the standard amount. We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the same payment method you used, at no fee to you. We may hold the refund until the goods are back with us or until you show proof that you have sent them.
You pay the cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any loss in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Sealed trading-card product is bought and resold sealed: opening the shrink film, or opening a factory-closed box, goes beyond that handling and the loss in value is deducted from the refund.

When you get your money
Outside the withdrawal right described above, refunds are issued after the returned item reaches us and has been checked. We check within 3 business days of arrival and refund to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.
Marks on the outer box are not a defect
Sealed product ships in the manufacturer’s own packaging. Light scratches, small dents and corner wear on the outer box are normal for sealed collectibles and do not affect the cards inside. This is not grounds for return. Transit damage that opens the box or crushes it is, and is covered above.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits rights you hold under the consumer law of your own country. Where local law gives you a broader right of withdrawal, that right applies.
