Shipping

Ships from Japan with tracking on every parcel. Shipping is calculated from the destination and the weight of your cart, and the cart page shows the real cost before checkout. Listed weights are packed weights and are approximate: packaging, and anything else we include in the parcel, mean the weight is never exact to the gram - so any shipping figure shown outside checkout is an estimate. Import duties & taxes

Prices do not include import duties, VAT or customs charges. These are set by the destination country and are paid by you to the carrier on delivery. Rules for trading cards differ by country - please check your local regulations before ordering. Orders refused or returned to us because import charges were not paid are refunded less outbound and return shipping.

Packaging condition

Sold in the manufacturer's original sealed packaging. Minor shelf wear to the outer box - light scratches, small dents, corner wear - is normal for sealed product and is not grounds for replacement; the cards inside are unaffected. If an item arrives damaged in transit or with a broken seal, contact us within 14 days with photos.

Returns

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Contact us with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
